HSBC is the second largest bank in the world. HSBC has about 6600 offices in 80 countries and around 60 million customers. The bank operates four main business groups: Commercial banking, Retail banking, Investment banking and Private banking. The HSBC Bank has supported and funded three of our Financial Inclusion and Literacy Centres (FILCs) in Chembur, Mumbai through July 2013- June 2014. These FILCs conduct the major functions of training in the community, product linkages and handholding support as well as information and counseling services for clients.

 
The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children living in urban poverty around the world. With offices in Austin, TX, Cape Town, South Africa and New Delhi, India, the Dell family foundation funds programs that foster high-quality public education and childhood health, and improve the economic stability of families living in poverty. The foundation has committed more than $700 million to global children's issues and community initiatives to date.

Launched in 2008, Swadhaar FinServe Pvt. Ltd. ("Swadhaar") is a Non-Banking Finance Company engaged in urban microfinance. Headquartered in Mumbai, Swadhaar is among the earliest initiatives aimed at providing financial services to India's economically active urban poor.

The RFIP is a bilateral German- Indian technical co-operation programme, jointly implemented by GIZ and the National Bank for Agricultural for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
Its main objective consists in increasing access to sustainable and demand oriented financial services through the institutions of the rural co-operative credit system, microfinance organizations and banks as well as their business correspondents.

GIZ has supported Financial and Information Centre in Chembur, Mumbai.

IDFC Foundation was set up in March 2011 as a not-for-profit company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 to oversee and coordinate the various development activities being pursued by IDFC Limited (IDFC). The Foundation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDFC.

IDFC Foundation seeks to enlarge the frontiers of infrastructure development through knowledge sharing, policy advocacy, capacity building and programme support services to both government and non government organizations. These activities would enable and facilitate IDFC's mission of nation building and reinforce its position as a credible player in the infrastructure space.
